From our office on Linwood Boulevard, our team — including local Real Estate Broker and longtime team member, Melissa Parker — has built relationships that span generations. Many of the families we house today are the children and grandchildren of our original tenants.

Our "How to Become a Homeowner" program is structured around a 15-month trial period. Pay your rent on time every month, and at the end of the trial, the home becomes yours.
